We’d been dreaming of discovering the little village of Monterosso al Mare for a long time. What made us want to? The photos of Monterosso’s sandy beach and harbor, with all its private beach umbrellas and deckchairs, particularly photogenic.
Vernazza is said to be the favorite village of many tourists visiting Cinque Terre! Its natural harbor is home to many colorful rowing boats, so you can take a little trip aboard!
The village of Corniglia is surprisingly different from most people’s idea of the Cinque Terre! It’s a very “terrestrial” village, with no direct access to the sea.
