You’re leaving soon visit Tenerife and you’re wondering how to find the best hotels in Tenerife? In this article, we share with you our best addresses to help you discover where to stay in Tenerife, whether in the south or the north of the island. We strongly recommend that you book two types of accommodation (one in the north and the other in the south), so that you can visit the whole island at your leisure and limit your travel time. For the record, during our first visit to the island we had made the mistake of choosing only one accommodation, which resulted in greatly increasing our travel time by car to access the island’s various spots.

We start our selection of the best hotels in Tenerife with an address we discovered on Instagram. The hotel’s architecture offers a truly exceptional setting for your vacation. It’s ideally located in the southwest of the island, close to the Teide National Park. The hotel has several swimming pools, including one reserved exclusively for adults. It also provides access to a private beach.

2. Hacienda La Dehesa

A veritable little corner of paradise, this address will enable you to spend a rejuvenating vacation in peace and quiet far from the hustle and bustle of Tenerife’s big cities. Are you tempted by the idea of staying among the banana trees? Come and discover this unusual address in the south of Tenerife! You’ll also have access to the pool and jacuzzi with ocean views, so you can make the most of your vacation.

3. Royal Hideaway Corales Beach

The Royal Hideaway is a luxury hotel with large, modern rooms with ocean views. The hotel is very new as it was inaugurated in 2019 which offers maximum comfort. If you love sunset views, you won’t be disappointed here! The location is also ideal between the center of Adeje and the village of La Caleta.

Where to stay in Tenerife? Our selection of the best hotels in Tenerife North

1. Finca el Patio

The setting of this hotel is truly exceptional, with its typical architecture and position amid banana trees. Very well located, this establishment is in our opinion one of the best hotels in Tenerife for visiting the north of the island. If you’re looking for a magical place to stay and discover the north of the island, we can only recommend this address.

2. Punta Paradiso

During our trip to Tenerife, we had the opportunity to try out Punta Paradiso. We loved the architecture and overall design of the hotel, which is very tastefully decorated. The breakfasts are excellent and served every morning. The hotel’s rooms and terrace boast beautiful ocean views. You can also enjoy a swim in Punta del Hidalgo’s natural pool, located just a few meters from the hotel.

3. Nanou House

If you want to book an entire house instead of a hotel for your vacation in North Tenerife, we recommend Nanou house. Located in La Matanza de Acentejo, this vacation home boasts a beautiful garden and swimming pool, enough to recharge your batteries in a quiet residential area. The house is fully equipped and has 2 bedrooms as well as a sofa bed.
